How a custom PC build works

1. Tell us your purpose and budget – gaming, office work, graphics, video editing or something else. If you already have a parts list, send it to us.
2. You receive a quote with exact component models and the total price of the configuration. If there is a better combination for the same budget, we will suggest it and explain why.
3. We source the components and assemble the computer.
4. We stress-test the build and install Windows Pro with drivers and the programs you need.
5. You pick up your PC, ready to use.

What we do

• Component selection – we advise on the processor, motherboard, RAM, SSD, graphics card, power supply and case so that everything fits together
• Component sourcing as you wish, or assembly from components you supply yourself
• Assembly and tidy cable management with good airflow
• Testing of stability and temperatures
• Operating system installation – Windows 11 Pro only (or Windows 10 Pro where needed), drivers and accompanying software
