Recovery in 3 steps
- Contact and hand-over – report the problem and bring in the drive. Stop using the drive immediately.
- Diagnostics and assessment – we scan the drive and you receive a precise, non-binding quote. The scan is charged only if the recovery is successful.
- Recovery and pick-up – once you accept the quote, we recover the data. You pay only after a successful recovery.
