When is data recovery from flash media possible?
If you see one of these messages, there is a good chance the problem is a logical error that we can fix:
- "F:\ Disk needs to be formatted before you can use it."
- "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable."
- Your camera or phone does not recognise the card
- You accidentally deleted photos or videos
Important: if you see any of these messages, stop using the media immediately and contact us. Continued use can permanently overwrite your data.
Our recovery policy: no recovery, no scanning fee
We specialise in software recovery of data from all types of flash media (USB, SD, MicroSD). Scanning and diagnostics are free if we are unable to recover your data.

We use tiered per-gigabyte pricing based on the total amount of data successfully recovered.

Recovery in 3 steps
- Contact and hand-over – report the problem and bring in the media. Stop using it immediately.
- Diagnostics and assessment – we scan the media and you receive a precise, non-binding quote. The scan is charged only if the recovery is successful.
- Recovery and pick-up – once you accept the quote, we recover the data. You pay only after a successful recovery.

Can I recover deleted photos from an SD card?
In many cases, yes, provided nothing has been written to the card since the deletion. That is why you should stop using it right away.
What if you cannot recover the data?
Then we do not charge for the scan.
